So, Over the past weekend I've done numerous stability updates to the Pownce AIM Bot. It should never be offline. Never ignore a message, and now it properly knows when you are online or offline.
Before I was using an AIM developer endpoint to get the status of a user and this was working just fine.
One day I noticed a lot of users were not getting updates (just a handful). The issue was that they were logged in as Private through their AIM client and the endpoint was returning to me as offline.
I have reworked the way Update Buddy works and now PownceAIM will truthfully know for itself whether you are online or not, and whether it should update you or not.
